Partner Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Stremedy Partner Portal by trainers, nutritionists, medical advisors, and other approved service partners operating through the platform.

Partner role and account responsibility

  • Partners must maintain accurate credentials, certifications, profile details, payout details, and availability data.
  • Each partner is responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring all use of the portal is by authorized personnel only.

User data, confidentiality, and professional conduct

  • Partners may access user-related information only to the extent required to deliver assigned services and comply with platform workflows.
  • Partners must maintain confidentiality and must not misuse, copy, disclose, or exploit user information for unauthorized purposes.

Service fulfilment, payouts, and disputes

  • Partners must honour assigned bookings, maintain service quality, and avoid tampering with records, schedules, outcomes, or validation states.
  • Partner payouts are based only on validated eligible activity as determined by system records, booking status, service validation, dispute status, and platform policy.
  • Stremedy may hold, adjust, deny, or reverse payouts for disputed, ineligible, fraudulent, duplicate, or policy-breaching activity.

Suspension and exit

  • Stremedy may suspend, restrict, or deactivate partner access for misconduct, confidentiality breach, service failure, fraud risk, data misuse, policy violation, or legal/compliance concerns.
  • Either side may exit the relationship subject to pending obligations, payout reconciliation, unresolved disputes, and continuing confidentiality duties.
