Eligibility and account responsibility

Stremedy may suspend access where account misuse, fraud risk, or policy breach is identified.

Bookings, sessions, and participation

Users are responsible for correct booking selections, attendance, punctuality, and truthful reporting.
Cancellation rights, no-show consequences, and rescheduling rules may depend on timing and workflow conditions.
Disputes may be reviewed using system records, support tickets, and validated platform events.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform, impersonate others, tamper with records, or attempt unauthorized data access.
Off-platform arrangements that undermine active Stremedy workflows may affect support and dispute handling outcomes.

Service scope and liability

Stremedy is a technology-enabled coordination platform and may update services, features, and workflows over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raajathava Private Limited and its technology partners are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
